from a guy who's worked in a real estate office for over 6 years now, I say...................no. I'm convinced that this bill will only "bailout" those greedy banks who approved of these loans in the first place. Exactly. It was amazing to see people come in with HORRIBLE credit, but agents and lenders worked together to still find a way to get people in these homes, that they know they couldn't afford. The govt. received numerous warnings on allowing such a thing to happen, but once again the "capitalist mentality" took over and now we have this on our hands....................
maybe they should take the money and absolve my credit card debt, pay off my mortgage, and my cars, and buy me some oil for the winter.
