    I believe its mostly advertising and Data. Data is basically the new oil. Porn sites get a ton of traffic and therefore a ton of data and advertising.

    I understand the free porn sites (especially Porn Hub) making tons of money based on data, advertising, and web traffic. What I don't get is why people even go to pay sites still. The only ones I understand are the porn stars who have their own content and interact with subscribers.

    You really need to search though through a bunch of crap. Videos from 15 years ago, etc.

    That full HD, well produced video is good. The stuff on the free sites are usually previews or pulled or lower quality.

    People waste money on a lot of stuff. Big deal.
