I hate to keep posting shit on this, but some of the things Barcelona are coming out with are ridiculous.

we should at least make them cough up 50 and a player if they want their man so bad.

 

I believe a part of the problem here is that Barcelona is in an election for a new president. LaPorta's term is up, so any promises he's making aren't really worth much.

I much rather we grant him his wish and let him leave and not deal with a frustrated and distracted player during next season, barca are going to keep trying to unsettle him.

 

Yeah, but we aren't 100% sure Fabregas wants to leave. I believe he would be gone by now if he was set on this move.

 

Well, due to the respect he has for our club, I don't think he will publicly say it. The fact that he has not cleared those rumors, makes me believe he wants out.

 

Hasn't he put it in Wenger's hands though?
