I don't think barry could defend that well and i odn't know abt his work ethic either since he was always excited to come back during games shown on tnt but disappear afterwards. He is probably too old.

Brunson had a wonderful year last season with the Clippers when Marko Jaric was out. Brunson was able to come in and start for the team, providing a stable presence and doing a good job of getting guys the ball. He's a smart player who doesn't take bad shots, and his defense has always been solid.

Also a 36% three-point shooter; he was the best option at point guard, good signing.

But why JB? This is gonna be his last season and he was gonna retire here.

Sometimes i question they way CD and JVG treats its veterans.First it was Jimmy and now its JB i mean come on man.

What's even more disturbing is that he even went to all the trouble of saying that we have not chance of making the playoffs.

Sometimes JVG can really get on my nerves.

Well if the Rockets management waived Barry to make room for another player, while Barry wanted to retire with the Rockets, then I would consider it foolish.

However if they asked Barry, and waived him to give him a shot at winning something before he retires, then I think it was a classy move.

Doesn't make sense. Barry is our best shooter, and we let him go and sign Rick Brunson (Who?). That hurt me because I think Barry could've helped spread the floor. But Bogans is playin great, and Brunson did his thing last nite. Still hurts though.
