I am stoked. 4 Star PG and C. 3-Star SG and C (but he's short so maybe he'll play PF). This is looking SO good. I loved the Robinson hire as soon as I heard it. Jay John was absolutely horrible. Unfortunately that was the time I was a student there, so I had to suffer through watching my friends on the team struggle through losing seasons. Yeah for change,. Obama 08.

Sadly in my time at OSU I never went to a basketball game. I saw 3 college world series (2 wins) and 3 pretty good football seasons, I wish i was there now to see a game. Might be a bandwagon thing to say, but I wouldn't have enjoyed watching the beavs get destroyed on our home court. Go Beav's. I like Oregon sports, but only when they are not playing against the Beav's. And only an Oregon fan would buy a green car so they can put a yellow O in the back window, so lame.
Its pretty split in how many fans. But the Ducks have a good amount more National exposure (and recognition), much more money, get better recruits, have better facilities and better stadiums (football and now our new bball), etc. Yeah... the Ducks have the TV channels (comcast) and the radio stations (95.5 the game and even has 750 KXL). Its weird though, because I think nationally OSU is viewed worse than they actually are. THey are an extremely respectable athletic university. Their bball program is taking off, their football program has been the 2nd best in the Pac-10 over the past 4 years (last 2 it has been the ducks) and their baseball program recently had back to back national titles. Another thing U of O is known for is track... people call it the birth place of running and is tracktown USA where the olympic trials usually take place. Also, Autzen (our football stadium) was measured as the loudest stadium in the country, but only seats like 60k (as opposed to around 110k with the giant stadiums like Tennessee's). Yeah, they really do have a lot of fans outside the state. WIth being Nike U, with (imo) the badass uniforms, the loud stadium, etc... they are kinda a cool university to vote for even outside of the state.
