It looked to me like they had practice split up by position. SF practicing the shots they get in one court, point guards in the other. All of those were shots a player in the SF position would get within the offense, but some of them are shots that only certain players on the team would actually take.

I am pretty excited to see Batum play, because in the summer, he was tearing it up on the french team. When Parker went down, he was playing PG this year, and playing it well. I know this guy has some offense in his game. I just hope when he comes back, he hasn't forgotten that. He took a back seat last year because he was a rookie, but I expect him to step up this year because he is no longer a rookie.

Modest goals. I would like to see him break 10 points per game, consistently.

That would be a HUGE lift if he gave us double figures every night - with the way he plays defense, WOW. I'm sure there will be some rust to burn off at first, although it's being reported that he's kept himself in good shape. Still, how can there not be rust? It's like coming to training camp for him.

I can't wait. This summer he was beasting and looked poised for a breakout year.

Because our ISO offense sucks and we haven't won a title since 1977? :dunno:
