<div class="quote_poster">Quoting Skysports:</div><div class="quote_post">Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich have joined the race for Fiorentina striker Luca Toni, according to reports in Germany.

The World Cup winner appears keen to leave struggling Fiorentina for a bigger club which could guarantee him European football and a move to the Allianz-Arena might be appealing to the former Palermo ace.

Kicker claims that Bayern supremo Karl-Heinz Rummenigge is about to open talks with Toni's management as the Bundesliga outfit are keen to bolster their options in attack, with speculation suggesting that Claudio Pizarro's days in Munich could be numbered.</div>Soruce: Sky Sports - The Best Sport Coverage From Around The World

This would be a good signing, toni is the kind of player Bayern need. However i don't think Toni would leave Italy in a month of sundays.

    Isn't he 31 or something?

And to be honest, he didn;t really impress in the world cup either.
