The longest game in Hockey East semifinal history came to an end at 9:52 last night, when Boston College forward Benn Ferriero scored on a wrist shot from the right point at 53 seconds of the third overtime to lift the No. 4 seed Eagles over No. 1 seed New Hampshire, 5-4, at TD Banknorth Garden.

I know you're from Canada but college hockey in the Northeast is awesome.

UNH as a number one seed losing a big game? Shocker!! Hard to fault them for this one though.
