Statue of Liberty play strikes again! BSU almost lost this for themself, but Jared Zabranski, what a effing beeeeeast
The Fiesta Bowl...what an awesome game!! Oklahoma made a great comeback in the 2nd half, and they dominated the drive they had to tie it up with just a couple minutes remaining. Then they had to get the 2-point conversion! It took them three attempts, thanks to some penalties, and they successfully converted on the third try. Outstanding. Then the Boise State quarterback threw an interception and Oklahoma returned it for a touchdown, that was totally unbelieveable. Then they got the ball back after the kickoff, and had to score a touchdown just to have the game continue! So they start going down field play-after-play. Then the play they made to score the touchdown was totally amazing! Oh, damn it was so incredible...so they go to overtime, and Oklahoma's Adrian Peterson scores on the first play, and then Boise State then throws in an impressive touchdown, and they made their decision right away-- they were going for the win right here! So, this would be the last play of the game...so they do a play (called "The Statue of Liberty?) and the fake sends Ian Johnson in for the conversion! Game over!! Boise State played amazing, and argubly the best Fiesta Bowl in a long time. Then Ian Johnson would propose to his girlfriend after an interview from a FOX reporter. Totally brilliant! One of the best proposals I have ever seen. Good luck to you two!!
What an amazing game the Fiesta Bowl was. I must have watched 4th QTR and OT highlights about 50 times.
