Gump cries a lot. If you guys give him minutes his face usually looks like this:

If he scores two points he will think he is the shit:

Very annoying. And stupid also. He is like Lamar Odom without talent.

Hmm, interesting theory, it may make more sense than anything else, because I can find no way to justify this trade on the merits of the players involved. Well this sucks but if Belinelli is sacrificed to get Cohan out with a little cash, it's totally worth it. I just hope it's not the start of a fire sale.

Good to hear it from the fans that Belinelli can play. I will be looking forward to see what he can do next season. Also, I am sorry you guys got Devean George.

Wow... No picks, no salary dump, no talent in return, and we got little bit of cash? What's next? Randolph for 3 mils?

From what I read this was basically just a salary move. We get an expiring contract and cash. With Claxton and George coming off the books after next season thats 7 mil in cap relief. I guess they figure we have enough depth at SG anyway, might as well dump Beli for cap relief. Plus we have to re-sign Morrow next offseason and the cap could drop significantly.

I guess I would have been just as outraged if we declined his option for next season but he was gone after this season anyway. I'm gonna be freakin PISSED if Watson comes back though lol. I guess I'm over Beli being gone now. I really like him as a solid role player but I think most W's fans agree that Morrow won his spot on the team at the end of last season.

It looks like the Raptors are picking up most of George's contract (1.6M). Does that mean we can just cut him?

We could cut him and just sign some minimum guys, but we've got his rights anyway and it's an expiring contract, maybe we can trade him for a box of chocolates or something, you never know what you're gonna get.

    Interesting development.

I am not too worried about the trade though. Marco was buried deep in this roster. Furthermore he is in horrendous shape right now. I was looking at him in some Euroleague clips and he's just not ready to play. This condition along with somewhat of a lack of commitment as far as I could see to get back to the court to help his team/teammates, I don't think Marco is a great loss.

But George? I don't know about him. I guess he gives us something different. Marco is very repetitive to Morrow and Curry.

Ideally I would have liked to see the Warriors use Marco to trade quantity for quality. I guess money issues are big right now for GSW. So I guess it helps Cohan out. But as far as what it does to the roster, I am pretty indifferent about it.

Warriors likely buy George out and release him. Are the Warriors positioning for a bigger move or was this just a cap dump?

But he still counts against the cap right? What would be the point of releasing him, then we can't trade him and it's not like we need the roster spot, we've only got 12 guys as it is.

Yes he would still count against the cap. I'm just speculating they might have another deal in place where they are taking on extra bodies.

Speechless...I just threw up in my mouth a little. Why were we cursed with Chris Cohan? It's just not fair. I can't help but think that Mully would've laughed in their face at this trade proposal. Essentially he just sold Bellinelli, who was a fan favorite. I realize that the team had a logjam at the 1 and 2, but really? George is one of my ALL TIME most hated players. I've been following the warriors since my uncle took me to my first game in 81, and I can't say that there are not many other players that I've hated more.

Nelson supporters?? This isn't a move for talent, this is a front office move for money, period. Can't put this on anyone other than Chis Cohan.
