Nope. By law, he's not allowed to play home games in Brooklyn until he gets the vaccine and the Nets announced that he won't play road games either until he's eligible to participate in all their games.

Why would the Sixers want Kyrie? Nobody knows if he'll play again even if he isn't traded, and that goes double if he is. Yes, anyone would want a player with Kyrie's talent. Just not Kyrie.

As I said in my original post about this idea, the Sixers would have to ascertain whether Irving is willing to play for them. If the Nets are willing to deal, they can allow the Sixers to talk to Irving and gauge his interest. Obviously, if Irving isn't willing to play for Philadelphia, then this wouldn't happen.

I think if Morey wanted Irving it would've happened already. Even if he's KD's buddy, they can stay buddies off the court but KD needs to lock up homecourt.

This is something which should not be ignored. VERY productive over the last two seasons with one poor playoff series.
Also, a skill set that would fit SO well with the Blazers from a secondary decision maker and all-world defensive standpoint.

    Still would bring him here.

Tied for sixth, with Boston, Milwaukee and the Knicks, and ahead of Atlanta. Despite being without Embiid for a lot of games.

So you'd trade Dame for him? Because that's the only way to bring him here.

Wow, is that not close to implied anywhere in there. Of course not, if you really need an answer to a ridiculous premise. The obvious piece is CJ and then add what else it takes.
Simmons is NOT getting another teams multi-time all-star who is the #1 player on a Playoff team the caliber of Dame in a trade.

I will bet you anything you like that we are not getting Simmons for any package that doesn't include Dame. At this point I really don't see how anyone could believe we are.

I doubt we get him because.....Neil. However, neither Portland or anyone else is giving up a player of Dame's caliber for Simmons. They have lost the leverage for anything close to that with how this has been handled from the start.

I'm pretty sure even if Neil offered CJ + draft picks Morey wouldn't take it. CJ's a poor fit now that you have Curry and Maxey as two huge contributors. Hell, I rate CJ better than Jerami Grant, but he's a better fit for the Sixers than CJ, and we've heard what Morey thinks of him.

The Blazers should offer CJ & Naz for Ben.

I think Morey would want at least 3 firsts to go along.

How are those Championship odds now, Mr Morey? Your team isn’t even in the play-in! Morey has handled this terribly. Should’ve made a deal in July at the latest.
