I ain't never been on a Simmons bandwagon. When I called him a prima donna you were defending him saying the stories weren't true.

Now it's proven and you're singing a different song. Now you're justifying prima donna actions when that's what folks said we didn't like about him.
Clamoring for a guy who cut off communication with his ownership and dismissing those who opposed him because of that type of behavior.
Saying it's a stretch for me to analyze his on court demeanor to determine what we're now finding out is true, he is indeed a selfish prima donna.

What if any Blazer, Dame included (I'm not a Drexler fan due to how he exited) behaved that way?

You keep going around in circles. I have been 100% consistent on my feelings on Simmons. LOL! I freaking said months ago in this same thread that trade offers are only going to get worse because Simmons was not showing up to camp and Paul was gonna create drama. This was Paul's leverage play and he used it. How the hell can I change my tune when I PREDICTED THE EXACT SAME THING that is happening?! And I even said at the time that he would be 100% justified in doing so because his teammate and coach threw him under the bus, while his GM was trying to trade him for over a year to every other team.

You already misread my posts once on the past page and are clearly misinterpreting again.

We know your stance on Simmons, please stop psychoanalyzing my posts now.

Did you or did you not say the talk about Simmons being a prima donna (the only damn thing I'm talking about) was untrue?

Here's where you're confusing my stance.

I don't think this news today is him being a prima donna. It's literally his only move and it's justified and I kept saying the exact same thing for months. If you keep getting thrown in every trade offer for over a year while getting berated in public by the whole fanbase, and the Coach/Teammate that was supposed to have your back didn't, why hell would you want to go back to that team, only to get traded months later?

I even posted a cringeworthy column from a Philly paper on his birthday where they role played Morey/teammates talking about getting him gifts that was riddled with shade. I said then again that he should demand out. And he's doing that?

HOW THE HELL is that me changing my tune?

But he cut off communication with the team long before this change in stance. Wouldn't even entertain conversation.

According to MyBookie, the Sacramento Kings are the favorites (+250) to sign Philadelphia 76ers‘ point guard Ben Simmons. Notwithstanding their current luxury tax space amount of $5,521,317, they are $25,465,197 over the cap. To add to that, the Minnesota Timberwolves have the second-best odds (+400) of trading for Simmons. While the Toronto Raptors‘ odds show +2000, tied for sixth with the Washington Wizards, they are in active trade negotiations with the 76ers.

Ive been guessing SacTown or Minnie for a while. Still think it will be one of the two.

so what? In his exit interview, Doc gave this long diatribe about his offseason workout plan that he came up with along with Rich Paul/Morey, and that Simmons was going to be a changed man this summer. Was a shameful condescending display that was completely fake seeing as how this came just a day after he effectively said Simmons couldn't be a championship PG. I don't blame Ben one bit for not listening to that snakeoil salesman.

I wonder if Draymond’s interview has the Warriors tempted to get in on this?

Simmons/Dray/CJ works and maybe one of the few CJ trades that Dame would be ok with.

I have a feeling this rotation would be beautiful (at least on defense).

    Lillard/Simons
    Powell/Snell
    Covington/Little
    Green/Nance
    Nurkic/Zeller

We would be a very big and physical team and we could close with a death end of game lineup of Lillard/Powell/Covington/Nance/Green.

A lot would be riding on Powell and Simons taking the next step at scorers.

I said that he hadn't said that he won't play here... that's it. I knew he wasn't talking to the Sixers and I figured the only thing he'd say to them once he did was, "Get me out of here."

Simmons does everything Dray does but shoot the ball incosistently. Oh and Simmons does all of those things better and is an actual big. He's more athletic. We would be gifting the Warriors in this situation. It would be crazy of us.

Nah, I always knew about that and I was also on board with it. I've never seen a guy get thrown under the bus the way Doc and Embiid did him. I wouldn't have talked to them either.

Because he never said that and people keep repeating Social Media tongue in cheek comments as gospel written in marble and presented in tablets to this forum rather than it being trash internet garbage?
