    Whitewater - Indictment? No.
    Travelgate - Indictment? No.
Vince Foster - Ruled a suicide
    Benghazi - Indictment? No.
    Server - Indictment? No

Saying something is so doesn't make it so. Crimes require a finding of guilt in a court of law.

You guys would like Russia though - there, any time you are under investigation, you are automatically deemed guilty!

    Who is Billy Dale?

Crimes do not require a finding of guilt in a court of law.

    OJ didn't do it, right?

Capone never murdered or ordered the murders of anyone.

    Who is Billy Dale?

    Who is Billy Dale?

Billy Dale was a 30 year veteran White House employee. When the Clintons took over the White House, they fired Billy Dale and the rest of the white house Travel Office. It had to be done so the Travel Office business could be handed to friends of the Clintons who had a travel business. Due to the blowback from the press, congress, and others, the Clintons eventually rehired the staff and removed the Clinton people from the office. In the process, the Clintons needed to make it look like that office was corrupt. They had the FBI investigate Billy Dale, the former head of that office.

The FBI investigation ended up in an indictment of a truly innocent man who'd given 30 years of his life to public service. Dale was found not guilty in a court of law. The jury took less than 2 hours to come to their verdict after a 13 day trial.

This is what the Clintons do to cover up their abuse of power and office.

    According to WikiPedia:

Hillary Clinton gradually came under scrutiny for allegedly having played a central role in the firings and making false statements about her role in it. In 2000, Independent Counsel Robert Ray issued his final report on Travelgate. He sought no charges against her, saying that while some of Clinton's statements were factually false, there was insufficient evidence that these statements were either knowingly false or that she understood that her statements led to the firings.

Well rehearsed, best lawyers taxpayer money can buy.

It simply does not make it right, what they did. What they did to the guy who gave 30 years of his life to public service.

In July 1993, Congress requested the non-partisan General Accounting Office investigate the firings; on May 2, 1994, the GAO concluded that the White House did have legal authority to terminate the Travel Office employees without cause, because they served at the pleasure of the president.[4] However, it also concluded that Cornelius, Thomason, and Martens, who all had potential business interests involved, had possibly influenced the decision.[4] Moreover, the GAO report indicated that the First Lady played a larger role than previously thought before the firings, with Watkins saying she had urged "that action be taken to get 'our people' into the travel office."[21] The First Lady, who had given a written statement to the inquiry, said she did "not recall this conversation with the same level of detail as Mr. Watkins."[21]

They may have gotten away with that in Arkansas, but they hadn't figured out how to commit crime in the White House yet.

From an unscrubbed LA Times article in 1995:

A White House employee for more than 30 years, Dale broke into tears as the verdict was announced.

Dale, 58, was at the center of a Clinton Administration travel office fiasco two years ago that resulted in seven employees being fired, and later in reprimands for those responsible for the dismissals.

The 1993 dismissals were inspired by complaints of mismanagement from Catherine Cornelius, a distant cousin of the President, and Hollywood producer Harry Thomason, a close friend of Clinton's.

She was a liar then, and a liar up until the day she lost the election. I'm sure she is a liar still.

One of the worst people, period.

"Travel Office Director Billy Dale was charged with embezzlement but found not guilty in 1995. In 1998, Independent Counsel Kenneth Starr exonerated Bill Clinton of any involvement in the matter....Hillary Clinton gradually came under scrutiny for allegedly having played a central role in the firings and making false statements about her role in it. Thank you for making my point.

She played a central role and made false statements about it.

20 years later, she emails her daughter (did she have clearance?) the truth about Benghazi, then went about lying to the public about it for weeks. The people have seen her in action, and soundly rejected her wherever Trump campaigned.

    That says it all.

Thank goodness. Now she can go away. Just go away.

To be such a criminal mastermind for so long at so many levels and never get arrested, prosecuted, or even indicted? Very impressive. She clearly missed her calling!

    She found her calling.

Capone stayed on top of a similar organization for decades.

They had to get him on something other than the obvious crimes he committed.

So did Hoover....we've seen 3 anti war leaders assassinated in our lifetime here..John, Bobby and Martin....no cover up there eh? Those guys investigating those crimes were untouchable....but for some reason you find this emailing career Democratic woman to be much scarier even historically dangerous...interesting..anyone who thinks the CIA and FBI have always been good buddies has been asleep at the wheel

When you work in the government, and especially if you're a lawyer of the shady (Rose Law Firm) type, you're untouchable.

I have good reason to hate the woman. It's personal.

As a citizen, I don't want someone worse than Nixon to be in any office.

that's fair enough....I don't though. Not threatened at all by her in anyway...not even close to Nixon but when it came to Nixon I had personal reasons...I worked directly through his chain of lies in msg processing. Hillary never got the chance in the end to be as scary as Nixon...now let's hope it doesn't get really scary under the Orange one
