Gee, well, ya got me there. Not to say she's not entirely relevant, though. My main observation/question in this discourse is that Hillary may very well endorse Joe...and what that might mean....if anything. https://www.businessinsider.com/hil...biden-jimmy-fallon-election-experience-2020-3 Hillary Clinton appeared on "Jimmy Fallon Tonight" on Wednesday night, where Fallon asked her about her take on the results from Super Tuesday. Fallon made a pointed question about Joe Biden's tremendous successes, Clinton sang Biden's praises, describing him as a candidate that "has the experience" and "knows what needs to be done." Although Clinton had previously stated that she would not formally endorse any candidate in the 2020 primary, some believe her interview with the late-night host was effectively an endorsement for Joe Biden.
If I follow ABM's logic, if the Democrats want to win, they should persuade Hillary to endorse Trump.
I have this funny feeling that Trump is going to dump Pence and make Hillary Clinton his running mate at the convention. She's highly relevant of late, after all. What are Republicans doing?
Biden very likely already has any vote Hillary got and then some...besides, as you've conveniently stated whenever it met your Trump narrative du jour, the popular vote didn't matter last time, did it? Not sure what point you're trying to make here...not sure that you have one.
I think there are tons of "qualified" vice presidential picks, men and women. No one is a clear-cut "most qualified." That being the case, diversity has its own benefit--bringing a different lived experience and worldview can provide the administration a more well-rounded view on how to proceed on issues.
Actually, there is one Democrat with 8 years of directly relevant experience. Biden should pick himself as VP. I guess Al Gore would work also. barfo
He has experience, but is he really the most qualified? Biden is experiencing dementia (or so I've heard from internet doctors)...I wouldn't trust him in the VP role. So I hope he picks someone else.
Al Gore isn't eligible. You have to be eligible to be President to be Vice President and since Gore served two terms as President in the quantum branch in which the Supreme Court allowed the full recount of Florida, he's term-limited.
My mistake. And I suppose Dick Cheney is ineligible because he was operating the GW Bush doll for 8 years. I guess that leaves us with Biden choosing Mike Pence or Dan Quayle. Two great VPs. Tough choice to make. barfo
