I don't think Kobe's 81 can be top on an individual performance, as it was the second greatest individual performance (some can argue the greatest) the league has seen. Kobe went on a tear last year where he averaged 35 over an amount of time, I believe it was some kind of record. All of them have been mentioned, so far.
