I thought they were pretty good but not worthy of being called one of the best movies of all time..

Rush Hour? Home Alone? Anchorman? Where do you guys get this trash. Those are decent movies but nowhere close to the best all-time.Star Wars and Forrest Gump were great movies. Those suggestions are at least worth consideration. Another good one that hasn't been mentioned is The Shawshank Redemption.

Why is that movie getting so much hype on this board(there were topics on it as well). <div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>Nobody has mentioned The Breakfast Club? Three Kings for me...I can watch it over and over...It's emotionally strong, funny and has some very good acting and dialogue. [IMG]

I can honestly say that I get chills every single time I watch one of them. They are great. Besides those, any movie with Denzel Washington is great and I used to be in love with all of the Adam Sandler movies when I was younger...

[IMG]</div>oh, I remember that movie, I love it. haven't seen it in a while tho.mine is probably training day. denzel is my favorite actor, and he is brilliant in that movie. Some others that I still watch after a few years are pulp fiction, the 6th man, tommy boy, and starsky and hutch.also one movie that I strongly reccomend is kiss kiss, bang bang. VERY clever movie, it's hilarious, too.

Now my all time favourite movie is Fight Club, but I'll say the best is either Forrest Gump or The Shawshank Redemption, The Godfather, or Saving Private Ryan. There are too many great movies out there. I cant decide on one.

Russia/USA, Ivan Drago, Rocky going up to the mountains and training, Apollo's death, great music(Burning Heart). I agree with ballerman, the 5th one was a dissappointment. It's no wonder Stallone wanted this 6th one, reviews have been solid and this should end the Rocky series on a good note. Can't wait til Christmas. I don't think I said my all time favorites, but I enjoy Taxi Driver/Pulp Fiction/From Dusk til Dawn/Nowhere to Hide.
