Leading them to another Division champioship and the 3rd seed.</div>what do you mean "leading them to another division championship"? The Celtics won the division last year, and Vince isn't even leading that team.
Vince led them to an imaginary division title. And is imaginarily leading them to another (real) one.
What? he's been shooting like 5 shots a game. He's not stepping up at all. AI even called him out for not doing enough.
Make no mistake, Vince Carter is the best player on the Nets squad. Jason Kidd has had horrible game this year. THere have been games where he doesn't get double digits, plays bad defence, and does assist 7 baskets, but the Nets win.If Vince Carter gets less than 10 points however, chances are, the Nets are going to lose. Dogmatist, you're coming off as a Vince Carter hater
BESTAntonio Daniels for the Wizards, starting to get 6-7 assists on a nightly basis when he starts in place of Caron Butler (injured). Also, he's capable filling Caron's role, scoring between 15-20 pts per night. On that 6 game road trip, Jared Jeffries was beast defensively. He also has been playing under control and knows how to utilize his offensive game. Etan Thomas has been recovering offensively, getting easy baskets, and being somewhat of a force under the basket. Very strong rebounder, and has improved in his FT shooting. WORSTBrendan Haywood is playing like a girl. The confrontation between him and Eddie Jordan has really shown in his play. His offensive play has been horrid, but the only reason we really need him is for his defense. Antawn Jamison was red hot from the perimeter in January and Febuary. Now he's playing like his December version, where the Wizards went 6-8 and AJ only shot 20% from the perimeter. I've also noticed that he takes rushed shots, he's not his rebounding form like he was earlier, he's getting to that stage of his career where he doesn't have the lift to get tough rebounds.
Peja Stojakovic - Really starting to put up some mad numbers, the other night he started off pretty cold missing his first 3 shots, then winded up getting 14 points in the first quarter. Also whenever the Pacers are down a few, Peja always comes through with a three pointer and gets them back in the game. Yes, sometimes he starts cold but he can get back in the game real fast.Jermaine O' Neal - Calls out every single person in our locker room and tells them they aren't playing as hard as he is. They don't deserve to be in the playoffs and should start to play better. Next game he comes out and hits 1 field goal.Danny Granger - "The buzzer beater", this kid has got talent. He's young, athletic and plays with a lot of energy. For a young player especially since its his first year in the "L" he has been outstanding and can really have his nights.
I'd just like to add Dirk to this.He is averaging 25 and 9+ this season, and has actually improved it to 30 and 10 since the allstar break. (Only Bird and Karl Malone have done that.)Just to add an overlooked player in there.
