He's off, but I don't think it's by that much. They had nukes too, but he didn't really say they didn't. USSR, as I understand it, did have to fold because they were in an arms race with us and ran out of money, did they not?
I find it funny that you guys are debating the best president of all time when most of us here have only been alive for 3 of them and some people have only been alive for two of them.

It's just something we like to take credit for when it's not 100% true. Roosevelt, the one that was president for 12 years. He was pretty good. Also, John F Kennedy. He was so good that the government had to kill him.

I really don't know right now, but I actually did do a report on him 3 years ago in school. That's when I decided I liked him. And if he wasn't good he wouldn't have been president for 3 terms.
