Post proper arguments instead of just throwing out personal attacks.

<div class="quote_poster">Mamba Wrote</div><div class="quote_post">Game's album was good for about the first 10 spins, then it got annoying. Now it's certified trash, I think I threw it out the window on the freeway.

Oh pity, a rapper has to live on $100,000 a year. Oh pity, they've got to get out of the hood, so what? $100,000 a year is more than enough to live on for a year. You also left out, like mentioned above, the money they make from touring. I feel no sympathy for these idiots who still live in the hood. They have the money to get out, yet it would be uncool too.</div>

$100,000 is the best case scenario if they are successful. There's a significantly huge chance they'll fail. Don't forget that they have to pay for the promotion, music videos and all that of the album. Realistically, they'll be left with around $50,000 if they done well at the end of the year. Don't forget that this is a one off payment. You can't keep making albums if you are a "true" rapper, you have to have the passion for it.

You don't go on tours if your a rapper selling 200,000 albums max a year. As far as living in the hood goes, if they stay there, they'll probably end up getting robbed every time they step out the house because people will think they're rich. Also, they have to take their mother and all other close relatives out of the hood as well.

Rent an apartment out of the hood, it isn't that hard. Most of these idiots who stay in the hood stay there because they don't want to lose their credibility, if they get robbed, they bring it upon themself.

LOL, not only mainstream artists go on tour, you know that right? There is plenty of money out there to be made by touring..whether it's clubs or whatever.

I don't really want to continue this but do you think people listen to non-commercial music with political issues in clubs?

There are different types of clubs. Not everyone goes to a club to hear the latest Lil Jon track and drink Patron. Hip hop is about positive expression not some narcissistic stance on jewelry and loose *****. There are open mic nights at hip-hop clubs, where plenty of DJ's do their thing along with the MC's.
