    Clearly, you're morbidly obese.

I would wagor eating fettucini alfredo and a new york strip steak, is going to cause some problems. Or a Big Mac with Fries.

Or are you talking about portions of daily values for fat and what not?

i'm only morbidly obese in spirit. There is a picture of me up over in the "post yourself" thread, to prove my thinness.

My point is that it's behavior that causes obesity. You don't have to eat an entire NY strip, a huge pile of fettucini alfredo an entire Big Mac or all your fries. Some foods are more fattening than others, and those you have to eat in moderation.

Yeah, I agree with that. I think the exercise should be included too. But yeah, big portions over time definitely hurts you. Some of it is genetic though. (sorry it's from the left wing nut jobs)

I've lost 12 pounds in the past 5 weeks, and it hasn't been difficult at all.

I simply look at food packaging and if the nutrition information tells me the food is more than 25% calories from fat, I won't eat it.

I stopped going to the awesome tacqueria up the street for fast food and go to Subway instead.

I haven't been eating beef. Chicken, turkey, and fish only.

A cup of rice and vegetables of some sort with dinner.

    Pop-tarts for breakfast.

Fat free or low fat frozen yogurt for a dessert treat.

I don't feel like I'm missing out on anything.

I will certainly have a pizza or a big mac once in a while. Just not as my main source of nutrition.

Just goes to show that it isn't hard to eat right and keep from being obese.
