<div class="quote_poster">Quoting Tesh15:</div><div class="quote_post">Ill Say So Far Darko Milicic</div>You can't judge I guy who really hasn't had a chance to play. Detroit is stacked and the injury bug hasn't plauged the Pistons. There is one thing that will never change: Milicic will always be the first one out of him, Lebron, and Carmelo to get a ring and there's nothing that will change that.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting Miami's Finest:</div><div class="quote_post">Not draft related but definetly laughable: Milwaukee trading the draft rights to Dirk Nowitzki to Dallas for the draft rights to Robert Traylor.</div> Thats not fair. Obviously hindsight was always 20/20, but the bucks wanted Traylor from the begining. Its not as if they had Dirk and just got out-whitted and baited into taking a bad trade. Its just like when the raptors drafted carter but traded him for jamison right away. Carter was their man, they just drafted jamison because he was rated higher and they got cash out of the deal.
Shawn Bradley. A Number 2 pick??? You have got to be kidding!!! Although the argument for Olowakandi is very good also. He just straight sucks for a Number 1 pick.
Chris Washburn was the 3rd pick in a pretty deep draft, and I am pretty sure he never started. The Warriors dumped him after just a year for,as i recall a round 2 pick and the team that got him dumped him after about a year,i think he may have had a little time with another team, before stints with a couple of CBA teams. Eventually he was getting cut by CBA teams and not 5 years after being a big 6-11 hot prospect,he could not catch on anywhere. At some point he was homeless, and as I recall got busted for crack. Don Nelson said he simply was not smart enough to learn ANY of the plays- that, and a growing crack habit cancelled out whatever upside a classic power forward body gives a guy
my opinion I think Dallas should trade for Darko.... then Cuban could say hes had every white guy selected in the lottery in the pas few years .... bradley, dirk, van horn

Vancouver definitely made the dumbest trade for and No. 2 draft pick. In like 1997 they gave up the lottery pick, which we woulda had melo, for OTIS THORPE. OTIS THOPRE, why Vancouver why?
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting Devilz:</div><div class="quote_post">Who you guys think was the biggest joke in the draft? I'll go for Michael Owolokandi (spell correctly??) which was the worst #1 pick. </div> Agreed

And to the people saying Sam Bowie thats not fair. If not for his injury he could of been a great great hall of fame player. We never got a chance to see it though. Pick goes to Kandi Man.</div>What he said about Bowie. You NEEDED a low-post presence to win in the NBA. The only way you've would said you would pick Bowie over Jordan is if: 1) You knew Bowie's leg conditions would continue to affect him. 2) You were a total Jordan homer. 3) You were lying.

For his career, he averaged only 2.1 points and 2.6 rebounds- and less than 0.1 assists. In his first full season (1995-96), in which he played a personal best 58 out of 82 games, he caused 72 turnovers while registering no assists [1]. During his four-year-career, he would rack up a grand total of four assists.</div> I just read that about Yinka Dare and he sounds awful.
