    Years ago I drove my mother in law to the coast. She was visiting from WI. She had never seen the ocean and wanted to see it. On the way I said we are 30 miles from the coast. She ask me how far is the coast from the ocean?

    Only thing funny about his tweets was when he said he's clean. Haha. I know for a fact he's not clean. Write it down. Just cuz he passes his tests does not mean he's clean.

    Oh, that and him acting like Portland has a ton of drugs. We do. But Denver has just as much, or more. Didn't they legalize possession of weed? And Denver has a real ghetto, real tough side of town. And they have far more crazy shit than Portland.

    Him speaking so much about Portland just shows how Portland is on his mind, all the time.

    Birds occasionally eat their own poop. I suspect this is a case of a bird laying out its poop to eat later, or he's mineral-deficient from the drug abuse and he needs help.

    Getting a good skyline shot of Portland is tricky because of the various elevations in the entire downtown area. The most popular shot (directly across the river) is THE worst angle to take.


    Not many cities in North America can even compete. I'd put it at #3 behind NYC and Chicago.

    The shot that the NBA on NBC from Mt Tabor of the Portland skyline was always my favorite. It looked great on TV.

    Whenever The Snapper & Walton would being doing a game here for NBC they'd always start with that shot and then send the camera crew to take Franklin High School to show where Jones went to high school.

    Now all TNT does is just take a camera outside of the RG and shoot the Portland skyline from that angle. It's a nice shot at night.

    It's hard to not like Anderson because he's definitely overachieved from what I ever thought he'd do. If we was on the Blazers I'd love him...get to watch him a bit being here in Denver.

    And many of those were funny...the "Shooting Guard, Delonte West" one...damn. I laughed out loud.

    I think there are 3 options here, for why he's doing those jokes.

    He's good friends with Lamar, and Lamar knows he's kidding.

    He's trying to get into Lamar's head, and knows that Lamar is easily distracted on the court.

    He's begging for a world class beating at the hands of people who know people, who know people who know how to get away with it.
