I might go to Washington Square at 5am for the Apple store. I'm going to buy a macbook and they have some rumored deals and I don't want them to run out of them! shit. never thought i would do it...but we'll see how it goes. probably gonna be a madhouse.
you think there would be an insane line? maybe 4:30 then..too early to be not worth it. If i don't get a computer, then i'll just buy one here later.
I'll be out with a couple of friends and my sister. I've scored my main shit already (slick deals is a god site), I'll just load up on Blu Rays and DVD's. I also pick up shit for my mom if she wants me, too. I'm heading out around 2:00 AM. Best Buy blows this year. Target is meh, Walmart has some nice deals on DVD's. I'll probably check them out first, then hit up BB, then Target. I've found that Target usually has the highest amount of stocked product on BF. I went last year in the evening to Target and made out like a bandit. I also hit it good @ Walmart last year. They had a Blu Ray player on ad, but they were out, so I went to the DVD's and games to see what was up...I see htis kid pushing a cart with the Blu Ray player in it...and he leaves the cart alone. He leaves it...so I'm like, wtf and Satan starts talkin' to me and shit...satan is all in my ear, so I give the kid a 2:00 countdown. I'm just staring at his cart, and if he isn't back in 2, I'm jacking that shit. 2 minutes pass...I grab that shit, leave my cart where it is, and head for the register that everyone forgets about...the sporting goods register! I pay for that shit and bounce the fuck out. :] Horrible person, I am.
damn....do you think the apple store would be that busy? i think there might be a line that would be semi-long of freaks trying to buy new macbooks and imacs...hopefully they have them in stock when I'm there! doubt people would wait to get ipods...probably more big ticket. i'll either get a macbook or a macbook pro (the 13" one).
Good luck. I've never done the Apple store on BF. Just don't have high hopes. I always go in with expectations of getting just DVD's, games...but each year I've walked away with a "door buster". I don't know how people start lining up on Wednesday and shit. It is crazy.

I don't understand, you would rather sleep in and pay more but you'll go to costco to save money. Why not go to kitchen kaboodle, book store or some specialty store where you don't have to fight parking and lines and pay more?
