It seems like for some games (COD4!!!) that if you don't use hacks, you have no chance. I don't use hacks though.
Yeah, at times. I'm pretty good at FPS games so I find COD really easy. Especially since I played in leagues for CS:S.
Sounds like a noob's excuse! LOL, I kid. I can't really get into this one like the rest of them. The lag on the PS3 servers has been a total turn off. The party system is full of fail. Maybe it's for the better since I need to get other shit down anyways.
I remember playing in a game of Domination on MW2 the 1st week it came out, that literally didnt run out of time, it just kept going. I joined midgame and some people had like 300 kills it was insane. Are those the file hacks? it was on Xbox
I don't know about consoles, but on PC there are hacks where you can see if a player is behind a wall (wall hack) and auto aim hacks (aimbot). I'm sure there are others, but I don't know much about them.
The closest thing to hacking on the ps3 i can think of is lag switches, which were supposedly used in Metal Gear Online a lot. The lag on the ps3 has been terrible, especially if you use a wireless connection.
Anyone experience the game freezing up after a multi player match is over? Ours does it every once and a while. I'm up to level 24. My favorite weapon so far is the AK74U with the grip and rapid fire.

Play on PS3 or xbox? PS3 is having some problems such as freezing, lag problems, hosting issues, finding matches. Should be fixed in the patch.
I once loaded up hacks on one of the free weekends for MW2. I really don't get it. They make the game ridiculously easy. Wall hacks give an amazing advantage. Why use them? It's not fun after maybe a couple rounds of destroying everyone. It's like playing on god mode... after a while, it gets old.
Playing on Xbox. Every 20 or so matches the game will freeze at the screen where it shows everyones stats for the match. Have to turn off the xbox and reboot it.
There was a hilarious kill-cam earlier today. The guy got both his knees shot out and this one dude yelled "Oh! he Greg Oden'd your ass!" He's now a punchline.
make sure he spends all his credits on stuff like emblem layers and all that before he does. You lose all your credits. Found that out the hard way.
