As I live out of town I really wish DQ gave them out like before. As a garage saler I do have several of this, but yes when you have kids they break.
I was looking at those on eBay earlier Haha Used the old ones so long the players started looking white
Cannot wait. I like that it's given after the game rather than before....I can see fans chucking them onto the court when we get called for bullshit fouls against Miami.
didn't read whole thread, so forgive me if this was talked about already...hopefully they're of higher quality than the old DQ glasses, which sometimes would break if you looked at them wrong.

My wife managed Dairy Queens for 20 years so we've got a case of these out in the garage. Wonder if the new ones will push the price of the originals up much? They get about $5 a pop at garage sales here in Beautiful Central Oregon.
I'm a real sucker for vintage glassware/barware. It's a total nostalgia thing for me. Takes me back to my childhood. So, I troll my local Goodwills looking for this stuff. I've also seen the original sets, but at a much higher price, in one of the vintage shops on Hawthorne. Glad to see the Blazers are bringing back this great promo item. For some reason, I like these glasses MUCH better than the bobble head dolls. Probably because the caricatures look much more like the actual players than the more generic looking bobble heads. I also like that the glasses are personalized and feature some hobby or activity that the players enjoy off the court. BTW, if anyone wants a Rudy Fernandez or Greg Oden bobble head doll, you should be able to find several of each at your nearest Goodwill for about a buck each. BNM
