For the most part, would you agree that most of us are over-the-top, over-reactive, and myopic delusionals?

Yes. I'm in a state of total disarray right now.

Sorry, but true Blazermaniacs stick with their team through thick and thin. This generation is a bunch of chicken littles.

I'm sticking with the team, but that was goddamn embarrassing. We've been waiting for Oden for a year and a half. What do we get? A big fat ZERO in 13 minutes AND an injury....in his FIRST NBA GAME in a HUGE blowout where no one (well, a few) came to play on NATIONAL TV on OPENING night. Talk about lowering expectations.

    We're lucky we didn't lose by 40.

I'm also sticking with the Blazers no matter what but it was embrassing to say the least. Hell I only got to see Oden for maybe 2 minutes before I noticed him limping after that I couldn't enjoy the game especially the way we were playing. We will bounce back but we do have a really tough starting schedule and I hate to see us go 0-5.

Me? I'm awaiting the day -- coming very soon -- when I'll be reveling in the fact that the (Oden's) sky-hook is falling. I'm confident that it will.

You don't remember that game in Indiana a few years back when the Blazers scored like 60 points. Ouch.

That's funny, if this forum is any indication, I see it every day. Of course, not from you, though, Masbee. :)

Oddly enough, that was the game following that HUGE win in (Jordan-led) Chicago.

    Talk about a let-down.:sigh:

Yes, and I will always stay with them through thick and then. Even when I moved to MN and everyone here told me to cheer for KG and the Wolves and forget about the Jail Blazers, could never do that. I'd always stand up for them no matter how bad it was, and always will.

Remember it? Remember it? I WAS THERE!

The night before the Blazers had beaten the Bulls and played so well, I went home and bought tickets for the Indy game. I drive all the way down to Indianoplace and watch the team do absolutely nothing. That was one long drive home to Chi-town.

Tell me about it. The drive back home was one of the longest of my life.
