The Worst Games Of The 2017-18 NBA Season http://deadspin.com/the-worst-games...source=deadspin_twitter&utm_medium=socialflow
Tuesday, February 13, 2018: San Antonio Spurs at Denver Nuggets?? The dipstick that made this list must have forgotten how good Jokic and Milsap are.
Yeah, I already posted that earlier. Pay attention! We also play Spurs, Lakers, & Dallas only 3 times.
Agreed. Quality of opponents is much more indicative of schedule strength than home/away splits. With that said though, it's a new season, and a number of those teams are not as good as they were the year prior. There's also the chance one or two of them crash and burn so we'll have to see.
Who are you and why should I not ignore you? You posted that one-liner before the schedule was released. I'm not required to pay attention to premature speculation. The fact that we only play the Spurs and Warriors three times is great. The fact that in each case we only have one game at their home arena is really a gift.
This is actually an increase over last year's schedule. We only had 14 scheduled back-to-backs last season, but ended up with a 15th (@MIN/@UTA) due to the condensation on the floor in MIN on the night we were scheduled to play them. BNM
This season, we only have 4 road trips longer than three games all season. We get both of our 5-game road trips out of the way before Christmas and then have one 4-game road trip in January and one in April. In addition to no 4 games in 5 nights road trips, also gone are the 5 games in 7 nights trips. Both of our 5 game trips this season are 5 games in 8 nights. BNM
