Nurk is out which will be a huge hole to overcome, and Portland has no one to match up against PG13, but this has to go better than last year. No matter what happens. this will be a chippy, angry, tight series.

Dame needs to show up better than he has in the last few playoff series no matter what the defense is. Mo/AFA need to show up consistenly, and is there any possibility at all that Simons gets even a sniff?

    Simple poll.

So Spurs beat Nuggets in round 1...
Rockets beat Warriors in round 2....

Blazers get home court all the way to the Finals.

(it feels like @KingSpeed just hacked my computer)

Donovan will certainly know how to scheme against Kantor's inability to defend the pick-n-roll, but I highly doubt Adams can defend Dame like AD did last year. Also, Westbrick may go....himself.

Honestly would not be surprised at all if we made the WCF, there's a realistic chance of it.

So glad Houston and GS will have to battle in round 2.

Also wouldn't be surprised if we get bounced in 5 games to OKC.

    Going to be exciting!

On any given night RW can self destruct, I honestly believe we can win this.

My heart can't take another first round sweep. Please just win one game. Then Neil can make the excuse that we didn't have Nurkic.

This entire series is about PG, Chief needs to play out of his mind and we win.

Scheme and Westbrick are words you rarely find together.

This series scares me but after the last meeting where all that BS happened it almost feels like this had to happen. I have to be honest if Nurk was healthy i would say PDX in 6 but without Nurk it's a toss up. As much as i HATE Westbrook i can live with whatever he does the person that needs to be slowed is George. This series for the Blazers to win CJ and Dame and ONE other person per game MUST show up and i mean like Dame and CJ combine for 50 plus and the 3rd needs to be around 20 points or i fear OKC might win this series.

OKC is going to be overconfident and we are going to fuck them up. Westbrook is going to go all spastic and make a fool of himself as usual. It's going to be great.

I’m almost positive no team has ever gone 0-8 against another team in the same season. We aren’t getting swept.

I think without Nurk the Blazers are playing with house money if they win great if they lose -- sucks but when Nurk went down that was seen as a death blow and it was not at least in the regular season. The playoffs are a whole new ballgame and i think we will know if the Blazers have a fighting chance after the 1st 2 games regardless of the results or if the Nurk injury finally caught up with this team.

It’s going to be exciting. If we play under control we can win.
