Really because when I was living down under (albeit 10+ years ago). Coffee to them was instant.

Yeah it varies, but there's definitely a lot of coffee snobs. There's a very strong coffee culture here due to Italian, Greek, and Turkish migrants.

The Nets just signed Mitch Creek to a 10-Day (bringing the total number of Aussies playing in the NBA to 11) and I was surfing articles about his time in the G-League and came across this:

I like my beans from Columbia and my beer from Germany. If you add fruit to beer drink a wine cooler and leave the beer to me, that is like salt and lime for good tequila never saw the need. As far as adding all the sugar/caramel/crème/ whipped crème cinnamon or whatever to coffee you should probably stick to hot chocolate and red bull. I like going to Starbucks and saying I would like a large cup of coffee and watch the smoke come from their ears then I say however many shots of espresso it takes to fill that large cup you got there and no I do not want any sugar with that. Although on occasion I have been known to add Kahlua, Spiced rum and a splash of St. Brendans to my coffee.
