I've torn both ACLs. I have a cadaver ligament in my right knee. It is actually better/stronger than my original. I also tore my meniscus/cartilage. They cleaned that up during the ACL surgery, but yes, it's different. I will say that if the joint works right because of the new ligament, the chances of tearing more meniscus goes way down.
...how do you think Paul Allen feels?! I know the dude has pissed away money on other failing endeavors over the years, but this looks like such a waste of everyone's time. Get well soon...err someday Festus.
Any tips on meniscus (knee) care? Had the meniscus surgery and can't play basketball anymore (age 32 mind you).
what you chose to do by yourself in your hot tub is none of our biz...unless you're having a hot tub party..!
So a cadavor to a one legged center had more uses than an actual center on this roster. (That's not a joke, Meyers)
No. I wondered why he wasn't at games. Well, turns out he literally can't walk. I do kind of feel bad for him. I hope he does play in the NBA again because he seems like a good guy with good intentions. Oh yeah, and he can play. I'd even be open to giving him a look when/if he's ready. But yeah, he won't be here next year.
