Wow. Yes I saw this in game thread, but really deserves it's own headline...thanks @ThePosterFormerlyKnownAsTheHCP More from ESPN: http://www.espn.com/nba/story/_/id/26086207/blazers-stuck-boston-elevator-30-minutes
There were some big men in there. How about a list. Then total the weight. Every elevator has a capacity posted on it.
Remember that thread about the Blazers being coffee fanatics? If they hadn't had their coffee yet, they would be pinging off the walls. If they had been drinking their coffee.....exploding bladder alert!
You notice that HCP rides the elevator by himself so it can move. Was he on the elevator right before it broke?
Let's hope he didn't get to the bathroom before them and break that too. When the posted capacity is only 1 ton not 2 tons, he should take the steps.
Well, at least the Blazer players are said to get along great. Love for that to happen with the warriors with Durant and Green
I'm definitely claustrophobic...elevators are hell for me even when they work...those glass ones I have no problem with ...I can see outside but don't put me in a windowless box......when there's a choice, I take the stairs...
Are you sure? Dame was crouched on the floor with his head covered in both vids. Trent Jr. didn't look very comfortable either.
That was my first thought too. I got stuck in one of those tiny antique European elevators once with two other guys and our bags. It stalled on the way up. So we hit stop and the down button. Wouldn't budge. So we jumped up and down all at once (my idea), and it went down. In hindsight, maybe not the smartest move but it worked. The hotel manager didn't look too pleased either, haha.
Too bad it wasn't just Turner. And that it didn't happen in an abandoned building with no cell service...
<Insert inappropriate comment about how Magic Johnson had sex with 12 women in an elevator once, and there were no other guys there.>
