Blazers @ Jazz game thread

Hi I'm Brandon Roy's knees. You may have heard I recently gave up.

 

Deron Williams makes defenses look silly.

 

Williams usually doesn't hit threes like this. Why does it always seem that some jazz guy who might hit a three now and then always lights it up from out there vs us

 

Because we play horrible perimeter defense.

 

Cause we leave em WIIIIIIDE OPEN in our zone.

Nate's love affair with that zone is getting sad.

 

Shoulda kept rudy in there. I hate it when Nate takes out the hot hand.

 

lol pretty much. I was watching the Dallas and San Antonio games in awe that we were playing that zone.

 

I find it so stupid. If the guy is lighting it up from the three is seems like common sense to not give him open looks from the three but we always seem to.

 

I wouldn't really mind it in spurts, but that's all we play.

 

I love what LMA is trying to do.

 

rudy was too active and coming off too many screens to stay in there. nate needed to slow things down a little so we can really space the zone and leave the jazz more open.

changes were made, success was had by the jazz.

And Deron is on fire tonight. He usually doesn't gun it this much, but those open looks he got early seems to have put him in a rhythm.

 

Despite our poor fast breaks, we're hanging tough.

 

Got to go for the win I reckon; sensibly though, no blazing away.

 

Aldridge is killing Millsap in single coverage.

 

Camby with a bad sprained ankle. Maybe worse.

 

Just what we freaken need...
