I recall back in the early 90s (?) the Blazers offered cable packages directly. Sure, you had to have cable in order to purchase the package but it wasn't bundled with a premium cable package like CSNNW is. Regardless, the future will be in selling streaming packages. There are enough years remaining on the Comcast deal for the Blazers to work out the details of how to offer streaming packages to their fans.
I think the channel has 3 years left on the deal, so expect the Comcast channel to magically become available on everything in 2 years.
They do, kinda. And actually I think it's all games, not just KGW. But apparently it stinks. My step-dad got it the past two years and says for the price ($100?) he can't complain, but he does anyway.
