Someone needs to put Lillard's bombs on youtube. He had a sick scoring game with pretty and showed some great poise.
They should put up Leonard's catch-and-dunks, too. He's good at that. PapaG would say, Stotts is a great 2nd-half coach! He's good at adjustments! Hickson knows these guys' moves from having been their teammate.
I'm just basing this off boxscore but looks like Lillard had a decent game. 20 points is nice to see, but didn't have many assists. Of course this is just based off boxscore.
The boxscore says that Aldridge shot 5-15, Batum shot 2-9 at the 3, and Freeland started instead of Leonard. But since we were down 20 at the half, stats for the 48-minute duration didn't determine the game.
Wheels was saying early in the radio broadcast that Stotts was planning on using zone for a large portion of this game. Seems to me that they weren't playing this game with the intention of actually winning, but to use as an evaluation tool. Clearly their zone D is not ready for primetime yet, and now we know that for certain.
I'm not usually one to toss insults, but SlyPokerDog is a moron (note the self edit). We didn't lose this (meaningless) game because of ineptitude on the offensive end, but because of defense. Your meltdown over a preseason game is both laughable and sad simultaneously.
It's not hard to understand and I'm not disputing that it is the same feed being sent to the Blazers. I'm not saying a regular TV crew broadcasting the game. I said I think the league took the jumboron feed or "big show" and patched in the radio broadcast, then streamed it. It looked like an NBA league pass broadband stream to me. Perhaps I am wrong about that. I've been to bars where a raw feed of the Ducks game feed was found on satellite when it wasn't being broadcast locally. You're saying an illegal streamer website hijacked the big show feed then matched it up with the radio broadcast, then streamed it? Just seems like an unlikely scenario to me.
Nah, that was being fed to International League Pass-- that stream on ILP was stolen and streamed on the sites.
I agree 100%. And just a wild theory, the league is probably contractually obligated to broadcast ALL games internationally, so they threw together a "broadcast" for ILP. I'm guessing the international markets want ALL games for gambling purposes.
Those feeds are common anyway, used in the rotunda areas to show in the little CCTV screens near food courts and bathrooms. It seems to me that you could get that exact same feed from any arena if you asked for it. I bet Sacto was making that exact feed for themselves anyway.
