Great half if you are expecting a blow out.

That last play was just so stupid. Matthews waves off a LMA post up to give it to Batum on the perimeter....so he can launch a contested 3? I just don't understand their thought process sometimes. Why keep shooting long shots when you have something going inside?

Agree. Don't think the Blazer have enough to pull out a win, but they came to play . . . like most nights this year.

    Starters need some help

Once night... just one I would like to see someone from the bench go off. But it amazes me how terrible they play

So I'm just one notch above you in optimism, I think there is a chance Blazers don't get blown out.

I hear he's a swell fella, KP swears by him and would totally let his daughter date him in ten years.

Anything is better than Avery Johnson ... well maybe not Nate.

We'll lose by 20. Some of you just have to be patient. This isn't our year.

Serious question: why is Avery Johnson so bad? He led the Mavs to a 67-15 record. He was a starting PG on a title team. And he was coach of the month in November. What are his shortcomings as a head coach?

There are so many good PGs in the league.

Because like Scott Skiles he wears people out after awhile, players eventually tune him out ... and he sucks at making adjustments.

One of the things that encourages me about Lillard is that all of the things that need work in his game are very fixable and most will simply take care of themselves with more game experience. I will be really curious to see if he will be one of the players that add something new each year. That will take him from great to elite.

You'd have to ask Mighty Mouse.
