Aha. That makes sense. I actually liked what I saw from the Blazers tonight, outside of the interior game.
How about Roy, tonight? He looked a bit tentative about driving inside early, but he looked like his old self late in the game. I loved his put backs. I don't think there is another guard in the NBA (except maybe Vince) who has that skill of following up his own shots by quick jumping and impeccable timing.

The thing I really didn't like is that Westbrook kept going to the basket without getting touched. Camby seemed late a lot, but even so somebody needed to let Westbrook know there are consequences for going inside. It will be good to have Joel back.
Amen! I was thinking the exact same thing. He was playing like a running back, just lowering his head and bullying his way to the bucket. Someone needed to bully him back.
It'll be nice to have centers who send westbrook crashing to the floor everytime he goes for the easy lay up. Only so many times you can do that before you can't move your left side anymore!
