    I hope her replacement is better. Since she’s gone, it doesn’t matter how good or bad she actually is. Good luck to her on the next job. Hire someone better.

    It's also an incredibly condescending statement to say about teachers. Never understood it, especially since most people who say it could never, in a million years, be a teacher themselves.
