What about Gasol to GSW for the room exception? Like why not at this point right?

If I was Neil, I'd pull my offer. No reason for us to get Gasol

Seems like Bogut at $12 mil would be a better play than Gasol at $18.

Best thing IMO is to stay youngish and keep taking steps forward. Position the team to make a big trade in the next year or so.

And THAT is why we need to keep our RFA players.

Spurs are lasered in on signing Gasol now. According to Stein.

They'll still be the second best team in the west..... but Gasol is really only a marginal upgrade for them. I guess it lets them move LMA to the power forward spot.

I still say we should be going after Monroe.

Do the Cavs or Spurs have any cap space? It seems Gasol would want to try and join them...or hell, maybe he'll take the vet minimum to sign with the Warriors. Don't know how much of a ring chaser he is.

I kind of think Gasol might think Toronto gets a better chance at the finals than Spurs.

This is why OKC has Kanter.
They should definitely trade RW, he's walkin' next year, for sure.

Wonder if Sixers/Celtics are on the phone to Presti right now gauging what it would take to get Westbrook. Both of them could offer pretty good packages. If Boston threw in Brooklyn's 2017 pick...

Harrison Barnes should take his magic act to Vegas. Anybody who can make a 6'8" black man disappear right in front of your eyes with multiple cameras trained on him could be a big draw.
