    Believe it's a pick swap with Boston, so BOS gets the better pick between them and BK. Bypasses that Stepien rule thing

    Yes and no--Boston owns their 2016 and 2018 picks, AND has rights to a pick swap in 2017.

    What makes me think the Blazers may play themselves out of good lottery range is the games in the first part of the season they had within their grasp and completely dropped the ball. They already seem more experienced and more likely to win more of those games.

    This!!! See? If we would have taken those games( of which we will next year without any changes, just time and experience) then we are in the thick of it right now. The season after with continued progression and a tweak here and there we could be in contention.
