We don't know that. We have no idea what the market is for them. There really are a lot of teams in the league with absolute shit as their starting two guard. Wes Matthews was able to sign for 17.5 million per year with a torn Achilles. There is a lack of true shooting guards right now. I think Crabbe has value. Maybe he wouldn't return a ton in a trade, but I think we could deal him to a team with cap space who strikes out in free agency, and maybe get a pick in the process.

I have a hunch we will use the MLE that's available to us. While on the surface it seeens like a bad idea financially it could be a very smart pickup. A: It adds another eventual trade asset with a reasonable contract B: It likely would improve our bench and depth C: it also would give us the flexibility to do a consolidation trade Worst case situation we end up waiving a player like Pat C but I think there will be a lot of roster shuffling around the NBA this summer.
ZBO would not be a good idea. He is the kind of guy you sign if you think you have a chance to win it all and just need that one extra role player. Even if we traded Davis, having a ZBO would cut back on time for Collins and Vonleh to improve their games.
