Re: Blazer Roll Call I have been a fan since just before the Buck Williams arrival My current favorite player is LA...wait..no...ROY...no....ODEN....???? Clyde Drexler is my favorite all time player. My favorite moment was on the radio for me, listening to Schonley describe a game against the Spurs that the Blazers lead 49-18 after one quarter. I think about 1990-1992 somewhere.
Re: Blazer Roll Call How long have you been a fan?--As long as I have had conscious thought. My dad took me to the first Blazer regular season game ever vs. Cleveland. Who is your current favorite player?--That's a toughie because for the first time since the early 90s this roster is filled stem-to-stern with likeable players. Play wise, it's probably Roy, but personality-wise it's Oden or Frye. Who is your All Time favorite player?--Easy. Terry Porter. The real glue of the 90s Blazers. What was your favorite moment?--It seems trite to mention it now with the big man's passing, but the moment Kevin Duckworth emerged from the tunnel in Game 7 of the 1990 series against San Antonio. And I say that having been in the Glass Palace on June 5, 1977.

Who is your All Time favorite player?-- Luke. Ever since he stuck it to Chocolate Thunder. What was your favorite moment?-- That magnificent comeback against the Van Lier-led Bulls in Spring, 1978. I watched the game with my sister at the Paramount Theater. After the win, I'll never forget all of us running out of the theater yelling, and with our fists pumping. Funny thing is, the same was going on with all the people driving by down Broadway. LOL!

Re: Blazer Roll Call How long have you been a fan?--I walked up and went to over 30 games the first year of the Blazers. I then bought season tickets to the second season and keep them until I moved to the Oregon coast 10 years ago. I did buy a 10 games package last year. I have been a die hard Blazer fan from the start. Who is your current favorite player?-- It is a hard choice because I like everyone on this team. I think I like Oden personality the best. I'm a huge LMA and Roy fan. I'm higher on LMA then most and I think he will eventually be a all star and even possibly the best player on the Blazers. Who is your All Time favorite player?--Bill Walton was my favorite player ever in college and the Blazers. I remember watching him in the NCAA finals games his senior year at the Blazers game. He made 21-22 shots and they took at least 2-3 shots away for dunking. What was your favorite moment?--I have had a lot of great moments but my favorite of coarse is the 6th game against Phil in 1977 when we won the championship with my favorite player Bill Walton playing so well.

Really hard to pick a favorite! As far as style, Sergio, but I also can't wait for Koponen to come over. I love Frye's personality, but Oden also seems like a fun guy, and he's a better player. I'd probably have to go with him for the total package, but I also love Roy, Aldridge, Fernandez, Bayless and those other players I mentioned. Really, I love all of them! Favorite Blazer moment that I was alive for, winning the 2007 draft lottery. Go Blazers!

Love those blue collar workhorse guys. Favorite fan moment: Going to the 77 championship parade. I want to hit another two or three ASAP, as I'm not getting any younger.
Re: Blazer Roll Call As long as I remember. I've been a Portland native for all of my 28 years, and I can't remember a time when I wasn't closely following the team. Would have to be Brandon Roy. That's a tough one. Definitely one of the guys from the Finals teams of the early 90's. Either Clyde, Terry or Buck. Pippen hitting the 3 in Game 5 of the conference semifinals in 2000 vs. Utah to lift us to the Western Conference Finals. Just a ballsy shot that blew the roof off the Rose Garden. Then you had Bryon Russell at the free throw line at the other end, missing both shots while Blazer fans shook the basket on that end of the floor. Too bad it preceded one of the worst moments in Blazers history that would happen in the next series. -Pop
