    No, you need to understand what "hatin'" means. Giving an opinion is not hating. Telling the truth about someone is not hating.

    Hating is actively saying negative, untrue things about someone in an effort to make them look bad.

    Butters makes HIMSELF look bad. No need for me to do that.
