I'm worried that he is going to go to high for us to select him. I think around 20 or even a little higher. I think a lot of teams like him and are hoping they can get him later in the first round but one of them will take him higher to make sure they get him.

I want Bell and I'm a Husky. What does that tell you about Bell?

    PA was in the house...

I think he's here to watch Justin Jackson and (hopefully) Jordan Bell.

Wesley Iwundu is a darkhorse for that #26 pick IMO.

You say that now, but you'll be burning his jersey when he decides to take his talents to Miami. Or Golden State.

What is so good about Justin Jackson? Looks like a guy that is okay at everything but great at nothing. Low bust potential, but perfect journeyman wing for the modern NBA. Is that what we're really looking for?

Jackson and Bell are such small swings. I'd be ok with one, but not both.

He's an undersized, situational back-up 5 if he improves his physicality + man defense + team D IQ, and might be the most limited offensive player drafted in the 1st round.

His one redeeming skill offensively is passing and when smart teams in the playoffs find out that he can't finish non-dunks, that skill can be neutralized.

Bell is a going to be a really good defensive PF and that is what we need IMO. He doesn't need to a great offensive weapon but he is better then you think.

If he can't hit a shot he can't play next to Nurkic. i don't like the prospects for power forwards that can't shoot. His best position is probably small ball 5.

I've probably watched 10 games of his while only watching him and like to think that I have a decent eye for talent. He does have a chance to be a valuable role player if he improves in a couple key areas, but could easily be Faried with less rebounding, size, physicality and interior scoring which is not an NBA player.

To be clear, I wouldn't hate the pick but he's a bit player (a valuable one to be fair) at best with some serious size/skill translation questions.

JDC I don't agree with your critique of Bell and I think you will be surprised with how well he does not matter where ends up. I know I have a good eye for talent.
