Optics are important. Fans can't complain about the Blazers playing too much small ball, because look at all these really tall players sitting on the bench.
I don't think any of the "new" Blazers will play much. Maaaaybe Moses Brown might start a few contests. If Nurkic can't go... (which is a guarantee), I think Coach will start Grant & Murray, or Grant & Walker. Backup Frontcourt is going to be a lot like last year. Tight 9 player rotations, all the guards get all the run. A small spatter of normal sized lineups here & there.
Knox's combine measurements are basically identical to Kris Murray's. Murray/Knox Age: 23 / 24 (both born in August) Height: 6' 7.75" / 6' 7.75" Standing reach: 8' 10" / 9' 0" Wingspan: 6' 11.75" / 6' 11.75" Weight: 212 lbs. / 212 lbs.
Please do not compare Murray to Knox as being similar ... in any way ... about anything. Murray deserves at least one year before being included in the same sentence as Knox.
I mean, literally the only comparison made was to their measurements, which were basically identical. There was no connection whatsoever to game, style of play, anything. Just measurements.
What an interesting reason to join our forum and start a thread about with your first posts……. Did his dad start this thread?
I actually think he's going to be very good for us. Better than Reath. And no, I'm not related to him
