Like the difference where Dame still treated Claver as a rookie...

it's funnier if I knew how to paste Victor's face on T-mac's head in less than 20 minutes. But, alas...

If he really wrote that himself, it might be difficult...

Have to agree. Also have to think that the bench IQ just doubled, I appreciate what TRob and Burton gave us, but they were both limited in the thinking end of the game

The great thing is as a backup Arron can leave it all on the court and not pace himself. I expect him to D-up and score aggressively and efficiently when he's out there. I pity the fools. ;)

I'm a little surprised he's welcoming the pressure of a title run but maybe that energizes and focus' the team. Maybe they won't be glassy eyed deep in the playoffs if they expect to be there. Glad to hear AAA is excited about a backup role. Manu has had a hall of fame career as a backup. We made the WCF back in 1999 with our best player being a backup. Stotts helped coach a team to a championship recently with the #2 option being a backup. We've seen plenty of backups get 8 figure salaries.

Big game with his debut on Sunday. We play Memphis twice to finish the season and if we win those we'll be nearly even in the standings. Would be nice to get the #2 seed from them and have HCA for at least the first half of the playoffs.

Keep in mind he is not an instant offense type of player. Few players are though.

We don't run isolation instant offense sets so it should work well.

Keep in mind that it's been 63 months since he played a game in which he didn't start. We have no idea what kind of reserve he'll be.

You can also flip that around. How many games has he played against second string players?

I agree I think it will work well. I just don't expect him to come off the bench firing away. That is not his mentality. (Unlike a Nate or Mo or Jamal or JJ Reddick)

Also true. I really see Stotts giving him a straight up green light. I want him to chuck.

In the last couple of years, players like Jamal Crawford, Mo Williams and Chris Kaman have been the designated "2nd Unit Chuckers". I'm ok with an actual starting-caliber NBA player doing so.
