Did anyone see the turnover that Travis was responsible for just before the half? The Kings announcers declared it the worst turnover they'd seen all season. Poor Travis. If he'd only had a brain.
Our tank may be in jeopardy. Felton's uncle passed away and so he will eventually have to take a trip back east.
was kind of hoping we'd win to keep them solidly behind NJ. don't want nets to have any shot at 4th worst.
Actually, the Nets have been playing disturbingly well. What we REALLY want is for them to collapse totally, thereby disgusting DWill so much that he accepts our free agent offer. The Nets win the third pick, thus postponing our possession of their pick at least until next year, but next year they are without DWill, so the (now less-protected) pick for the 2013 draft will be guaranteed to be high.
Raymond....I just have to laugh when had the ball stolen from him at the end of the game. I have never seen an athlete so consitantly give it up in crunch time. I'm so glad he only has a one year deal. Also, the refs made a lot of really bad calls down the streach. The offensive fouls on Batum and Joel, Matthews getting pushed in the back and called for an offensive foul....
Supposedly, Nic's left quad was really aching tonight. He probably won't play tomorrow, but can't they just put him on the shelf for the remainder of the season already. We don't need him to get any more hurt or injured for meaningless games
I think we have to bear in mind that Nico is auditioning himself for possible future employers, shutting it down is not in his financial interest.
I don't think 5 games is going to matter much. IMO he's already proved himself to be a Gallinari-esqe contract.
