He can't play D to save his life, but man does he do more with less then anybody in the league! Led the NBA last year in double doubles and he is a 6'8" cracker!
He's an All-Star. I could only dream of LMA being able to rebound like he does. Also, a really good passing big man.. Its not like Aldridge is a defensive force of any kind himself. I don't see that big of a gap between the two on the defensive side.
Aldridge is pretty mediocre on D, but Lee might be the worst defensive big man in the league ... He's a totoal sieve all-star berth or not. ps. something like half his rebounds tonight came off his own miss.
Rudy better keep this shit up. He has a legitimate beef if Nate can't find him minutes if he's playing this way into the season.
Nobody faulted Moses Malone for becoming the all-time leading rebounder for quite sometime by doing that. That said, I've listened to this whole game and I can only remember once or twice he rebounded his own miss. Also, Lee averaged 20/12 and nearly 4 assists last year, I'd say worthy of an AS appearance.
No. This is what he can do if he comes out of the corner and gets involved in the offense. That, and we've played a much more uptempo offense this game. It might have to do with why he's stayed on the court.
With 17 efficiency points in 27 minutes tonight, it looks like Rudy will retain his preseason lead on the team for efficiency per 48 minutes.
