Good Mailbag! For the record, I'm not mad at all. I went to most of the Blazers playoff games so I got more than my fair share of Blazers shirts and swag so it doesn't bother me that I didn't get the prize either. I won one of the other contests and gave my prize away. However, if you make a bet on the 2nd half over/under for points in Vegas or on the new Oregon Lottery Scoreboard App it does indeed count overtime as part of the 2nd half. So whether intended that way or not when you word something over/under 42 2nd half points it should in fact include OT.
