You guys in here are awesome. Complain and whine non-stop...and all this team does is win and win and win.

Awesome reading the in game posts...LOL.

2 more points and we lock in the Pres trophy. 1 more and we clinch the East.

Funny...I don't get into that stuff. To each their own. But make no mistake about it you guys are a great read during games. It really is funny stuff.

Now no doubt we are sloppy in our own zone sometimes, and that will be an issue in the playoffs, but come on guys this is the best team in the NHL...pretend to enjoy it sometimes...LOL.

Take care of it tomorrow in Jersey. Then use the last two to tune up.

Wow. Team is terrific and now with an aura of team of destiny. Great passes by kreids on last 2 goals. Glad AV giving kreids some OT time. And stepan with 2 nice finishes. A million chances for both teams in that OT

Chuck, we won, yes. We're all happy. Yes. But if you can't look at this team and realize that we really struggle against aggressive forechecking teams then I don't know what to tell you. The team never gives up, which is great. But you cannot sit there and bury your head in the sand and simply Say, "well we won a regular season game so that's all that matters." We all know the playoffs are played MUCH tighter, and much tougher. We def showed guts in not giving up, but what we really need to do is figure out this PP, because against a team like Boston and TB, it's gonna be crucial to take advantage of any and every PP opportunity we get, as we will struggle against those teams with their forecheck.

It does setup perfectly. Try to lock in the East and thee Pres trophy in NJ. I expect Talbot to play and I expect that to be a tough game for us. Devs off since getting blown out by us, back to back off a tough game for us, and you know NJ wants to rebound from that terrible performance on Saturday and do NOT want us to clinch it all on their ice.

Could be a tough one for us, but I expect worst case a split of the next 2 games to wrap it all up by worst case Thursday and rest up Saturday. Game 1 next Thursday.

As we've said before folks. Great season but it's Stanley Cup or bust for this group.

I like Marty with Hags and Hayes. They were the duo last year with Richards

I agree New Jersey is going to play it like it's their playoffs tomorrow night. Plus, they were just embarrassed in MSG. That being said the Rangers are the much better team.

Blah blah blah. That's what I see when you type this.

The team has beaten all comers. Again YES we get sloppy in our own zone sometimes. And YES we need to correct that. But we are a deep talented team with a great goalie. All we can ask for as we head into the playoffs.

With that said this is the NHL playoffs not the NBA playoffs, so we can lose in round 1 or round 2 or sure. That is why the SC is the toughest trophy to win. Just go out and play our game and let the chips fall where they may.

Klein back will be a big help. Move the puck quickly and make smart decisions and we'll be fine. ALL teams have some holes, the key is keeping mistakes to a minimum and go from there.

Most of complaining and moaning is about the PP and sloppy D. So if they do the same shit in the playoffs. You want us to sit here and say" Everything is good and dandy" We've got this!

I agree Mess, anything short of a cup this season isn't good enough. But with that said winning the SC is not easy. We have the talent and the team to win it all, give it our best shot and go from there.

We are one of 5 or 6 teams that can win it all IMO. All we can ask is to be in the mix of true SC favs. We are and from there go play. Won't be easy that's for sure.

As for your comment Step, it is rinse and repeat with you guys. Every single in game thread is filled with negative comments. Sorry if I find that funny. All good though. And we'll have down moments in the playoffs as well. This isn't a team that wins a series 4-0 or 4-1, so I expect a lot of tight coin flip games. We'll win some and lose some. Hopefully we win more than we lose.

    Listen to Stepan in the end game interview........................'we weren't at our best out there;
we were sluggish.....' Yes. Even players can be critical of their game. It's inherent
with the game itself. The pace of the game is so damn fast; it is inches between winning and losing. Columbus could have won this game; esp, with Jack Johnson and Anisimov's shots
    in OT.
