Bell is not a Small Forward. Certainly no more so than Rudy will be. Dude is guard sized. As for "excellent". I dunno. He was off to the worst start of his career in Phoenix before they shipped him out. Good timing if you ask me. When a guy is 32 too hard to tell if he is having an off season, or is just now too old.
